LEGALLY ORGANIZED -- BOUTIQUE CONCIERGE FIRM – ANNOUNCES NEW SERVICE OFFERINGS

LOS ANGELES, CA – Legally Organized LLC, a full-service concierge firm that provides personal assistant-type support to legal professionals, announced that it has added two new service offerings – the Virtual Assistant Program and the Dedicated Personal Assistant Program.  Founded and owned by women who have worked as, for, and with lawyers, Legally Organized fills a niche for busy professionals, many of whom are striving to balance their personal and professional lives.

Based in Los Angeles, Legally Organized has been providing support to professionals in Southern California.  However, through the Virtual Assistant Program, it will expand its client base to aid professionals around the country with tasks that can be handled remotely or on a virtual basis for an hourly fee.  “We have been finding that a growing percentage of the tasks we are asked to perform involve on-line or telephonic arrangements and research,” stated CEO Karen Pordum.  “When a contact of mine on the east coast asked if we could assist him with some time-consuming travel and gift research I realized that this is a need for which we could assist clients around the country – not just Los Angeles.”

Through the new Dedicated Personal Assistant Program, Legally Organized provides its clients with a dedicated temporary personal assistant who is available to assist them on an as-needed basis for an hourly fee.  “This traditional temporary staffing model is a natural expansion of our existing services that are otherwise performed by a variety of our carefully screened personal assistants on a non-dedicated basis,” explained Pordum. Clients who opt for this service fill out an on-line Needs Assessment from which the company determines which of their Personal Assistants is the right fit. Clients then have the option to interview the candidates and are given an exclusive email address to contact them.  At the end of each month, clients are provided with an analysis of time spent so they can see how much time they saved by using Legally Organized.
