 Karen is Legally Organized's CEO and Founder. She has over 20 years experience in the legal community, as a lawyer, legal staffing professional and marketing consultant. She is the CEO and owner of Synergy Legal Professionals (a legal staffing company with six offices around the country) and was most recently Chief of Marketing at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Sullivan, LLP. A graduate of Hofstra University and Brooklyn Law School, Karen practiced commercial litigation with two large New York law firms. After leaving private practice, Karen ran national sales and marketing for, and was the Senior Vice President of, two of the largest national legal staffing firms. She has also provided business development and marketing consulting services to legal service providers around the country. Karen is on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Los Angeles, and is the author of a cookbook titled,Culinary Justice - A Cookbook for People who Can't Stomach Lawyers. |

 Courtney is Legally Organized's Chief Organizing Officer and Founder. Most recently, Courtney was the Director of Marketing at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. Prior to that, she honed her client service and organizational skills as a department manager at one of the largest Nordstrom stores in Los Angeles. Courtney graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a BA with honors in Government and Politics with a minor in Business. Ask anyone who knows her - Courtney is the most organized person on the planet.

Maria is Legally Organized's Chief Operating Officer and Founder. Maria is also the Chief Operating Officer of Synergy Legal Professionals (see Karen's bio, above) and runs back office operations for both companies. During her 15 years in business, Maria has had experience in every conceivable aspect of running a company, large and small. "Multi-Task" is her middle name (OK, not really -- she doesn't have one).
